| This page provides details of our refunds policy in the case of paid registrations in our practitioner, course, events, rooms/space for rent and supplier directories. Please note that this refunds policy does not apply for free registrations. |

You have the right to terminate your registration with us at any time, without notice. This includes registration in all our directories (practitioner, course, supplier, events, room/space for rent). In this instance we will provide a refund of your registration fee (excluding any administration fee) for the remaining whole days that your registration with us runs for, taken from the day that we receive notification that you wish to terminate your registration. |

For example, if you are registered with us as a supplier for 1 year and you terminate your registration on the 40th day of your registration period, then you will receive a refund of 325 x ($55/365) = $48.97. |

Please note that this is adjusted accordingly when your registration period covers a leap year and for variations in calendar month lengths. |

To notify us of your intention to terminate your registration, please contact us via phone or email, providing your name, username and the exact registration you wish to terminate. Where you have paid via cheque we will refund the monies as a cheque made payable to the same person/business that issued the cheque (excluding the administration fee paid for not registering online). Where you have paid online, we will refund the monies onto the payment card used to make the original payment. |

In accordance with our general Terms and Conditions of use, we reserve the right to terminate your registration with us without notice at any time if we feel that you (through your actions on the site) or your details are inaccurate, misleading or offensive to others. In this instance you will not be entitled to any refund of your registration or administration fees. |
