Q. How do I advertise/register with you?
  We are currently offering free registrations in our practitioner, course, rooms for rent, supplier and events directories. To add a listing to any of the directories, just use the following link: advertise with us or go to the advertise with us navigation option on the left-hand side toolbar.

Q. How do I edit my directory listing(s)?
  To edit an existing directory listing, just use the following link: login or go to the your account navigation option on the left-hand side toolbar. From here you will be asked to login to your account using the username and password combination selected when creating your original listing with us. If you can't remember this information, please email us and we will send it to you, or alternatively you can use the forgotten your password service found on the login page and your password will be emailed to you.

Q. Can you send me information on courses or practitioners in a particular area?
  We at pygmy possum don't actually provide courses, events or healing therapies ourselves, however instead offer an online service which allows individuals offering such services to advertise via our directories. If you're looking for a practitioner of a particular modality, or a course, please free free to browse our directories to find information on practitioners and courses using the following links: practitioner directory and course directory. If you are interested in any of the practitioner sessions or courses, you can contact the practitioner or course instructor listed against each listing on the contact details provided.

Q. I'd like to make a purchase from your online shop. What payment methods do you accept?
  We currently accept payment by cheque/money order, direct bank transfer or credit card. If you'd like to make a purchase, simply go into the online shop section of the site, add your chosen items to the shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. From here you will be asked to enter your shipping details, and then you'll have the option of selecting a payment option. If you select to pay by credit card, you will be automatically redirected to a secure online server powered by Worldpay. If you select to pay by cheque/money order you will be provided with the details of where the cheque/money order should be mailed to, and who it should be made payable to. If you select to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an email from us providing you with our bank account details.

Q. I'd like to make a purchase from you. Do you have a shop I can go to instead of purchasing online?
  Unfortunately we are an online shop only and do not have a store that can be visited. If you are interested in making a purchase from our online shop, this can only be made online at this stage.

Q. I'd like to make a purchase from your online shop and pay by credit card. Can I phone you with my credit card details instead of providing them online?
  Unfortunately at this stage we are unable to take credit card payments over the phone. Since we use a secure online payment server powered by Worldpay to take all our credit card payments, we do not have the facilities to handle and deal with a customer's credit card details. Worldpay provides our secure online payment facility and does not provide us with a customers credit card details, so you can rest assured that we never have access to your confidential credit card information at any stage. If however you are still unhappy with providing your credit card details online, we also accept payment via cheque/money order or direct bank transfer.

Q. I'm looking for a supplier of a particular product that I'd like to sell in my own store/clinic. Can you provide me with the contact details of the supplier you use?
  Unfortunately it is company policy that we do not give out this information. If you're looking for a new supplier, we recommend you browse our supplier directory or go to the find a supplier navigation option on the left-hand side toolbar.

Q. I'm interested in stocking some of the products for sale in your online shop in my own store/clinic. Do you sell wholesale?
  At this stage we do not sell wholesale, only retail via our online shop. We do however offer bulk discounts for customers purchasing more than 10 of any one particular item, however this rate is not as competitive as a wholesale rate. If you're interested in finding out the bulk purchase price for a particular item, please contact us for more information.

Q. I'm looking for a particular product. Can you tell me the name of a store in my area that might also stock this item?
  Unfortunately we don't have this type of information available to us. If you're looking for a new supplier, we recommend you browse our supplier directory or go to the find a supplier navigation option on the left-hand side toolbar.

Q. Do I need to set up an account to shop from your online shop?
  No, we do not ask our customers to set up an account with us in order to make a purchase from our online shop. The your account section you see on the left-hand side toolbar is for advertisers who have a listing in one of our directories and does not apply to our online shop.

Q. I'd like a link to my website added to your links page.
  We are always happy to exchange links with websites sharing content similar to that of pygmy possum. If you'd like to arrange a reciprocal link with us, please contact us with details of your website and where on your site we can find an active link back to us. Providing your website shares relevant content, we will then add a reciprocal link to our site. Please note that we only link to relevant sites that link back to us.

Q. I already have a listing in one of your directories and would like to amend some of the information. Can you do this for me if I send the changes to you?
  If you'd like to make changes or additions to your existing listing(s), we ask that you login to your pygmy possum user account and modify this information yourself. If you have forgotten your username and password, please email us and we will send it to you, or alternatively you can use the forgotten your password service found on the login page and your password will be emailed to you. If at any time you encounter problems whilst trying to make changes to your listing(s) however, please feel free to contact us. Remember that you can make as many changes to your listing(s) as often as you wish.
