| This page details our directory listings content policy. It outlines the types of listing we allow in each directory (in terms of the content listed) and our policy with regard to the use of HTML within listings. |

| We allow the following content to be included for each "type" of registration: |

Practitioner Directory
any services relating to a practitioner's work within the alternative therapies/guidance and healing industries. Note: a practitioner listing can not be listed in the supplier directory, nor can it be duplicated to appear in both the practitioner and supplier directories. |

Course Directory
any courses being offered within the alternative therapies/guidance and healing industries. Note: a course listing can not be listed in the events diary, nor can it be duplicated to appear in both the course directory and events diary. |

Rooms for Rent Directory
any rooms for rent that are suitable for alternative therapies/guidance and healing practitioners to use to conduct their business or to hold related courses/events. Note: we do not allow listings relating to rooms in private houses, holiday accommodation or any other types of private rental accommodation. |

Supplier Directory
any suppliers offering unique or "different" services or products related to the alternative therapies/guidance and healing industries, or general ancilliary business services, e.g. business card/website design, insurance services etc. Note: we do not allow listings relating to retail stores, or online stores selling products which can be deemed to be in direct competition with our own online store. Practitioners listings can also not be listed in the supplier directory. |

Events Directory
any events taking place that relate directly to the alternative therapies/guidance and healing industries. Note: we do not allow listings relating to school fairs, music concerts or any other non-related events. Courses can also not be listed in the events diary. |

| Listings that do not comply with these content guidelines will be removed immediately from the relevant directory without notification. |
|
|
|
In general you must not use HTML in your listing text, in any of the fields.
The only situations in which we allow the use of HTML markup in the main description text of your listing are to incorporate: |

Small amounts of bold text. |
| * |
Small amounts of italic text. |
| * |
Links to external sites (although these must be kept to a minimum). |
| * |
Links to pages on the pygmy possum website. |
| * |
Moderate use of differing text colour. Note: the colours used must NOT be vivid and must be in keeping with the overall look-and-feel of the pygmy possum website. Bright reds/yellows/greens/blues etc must not be used. |

We consider any other use of HTML anywhere in your listing as an abuse of the service provided and we will ask you to remove the offending markup within 48 hours. Note: if you do not comply with the removal of the markup within this timeframe it will either be removed by us on your behalf or we will (at our discretion) remove your listing completely from our directory, along with any other listings you have with us and your entire user account, without notification.
There are situations where we will immediately remove your listing AND potentially remove any other listings you have with us, along with your entire user account, without notification, and these are when: |

Making modifications of any kind to the look-and-feel of the pygmy possum page allocated for your listing. This includes modification of any images (via javascript), stylesheet changes and layout changes. You must ensure that any HTML used in your listing description DOES NOT impact the layout and look-and-feel of the listing within (if applicable) the relevant listing grouping and that it also DOES NOT impact any ensuing search results. |

Using javascript in ANY way in your listing. |

Using excessive amounts of large fonts, colours, bold or italics. |
| * |
Incorporating excessive amounts of links to other sites. |
| * |
Incorprating excessive images. |
| * |
Making any other layout/style changes that have a large visual impact on the pygmy possum page allocated for your listing. |

Note: the determination of what is excessive is at our discretion.
In all cases your listing must reflect the overall look-and-feel of the pygmy possum website. |
